Cana Notebook

The first miracle of Jesus takes place in the village of Cana in Galilee. While attending a wedding, Jesus chose to sustain the celebration by turning water into wine, a tender picture of God’s heart to care for his people, providing abundance where there once was lack. This vast landscape was inspired by that miracle. The deep purple and blue hues, combined with vibrant red flowers, reflect the richness of his generosity and the joy he pours out. They serve as a reminder that God does not merely meet our needs,  he delights in rejoicing over us. He longs to celebrate the beauty and goodness we experience and to work a miracle within our hearts. The back cover features Psalm 63:7: “In the shadow of your wings, I will sing for joy,” a reminder that the Lord is our protector, and within his refuge there is an abundance of joy.
